How Vedika Bhaia grew her LinkedIn audience to 234k in 36 months and won LinkedIn Influencer of the Year 2023
Read till the end to find out how Vedika leveraged her authentic LinkedIn conversations to generate a revenue of $624k in 2023.
Vedika Bhaia has grown her LinkedIn followers to 234k in 3 years and she was able to bring in $624k+ in 2023 doing what she loves, LinkedIn personal branding.
Vedika’s Backstory:
In 2020, Vedika was a clueless commerce graduate. Today she runs a marketing agency that is making revenue in 6 figures USD.
She started writing on LinkedIn as a part of a challenge to grow her blog organically while doing a digital marketing course. Her posts in the first week itself received 500 likes, 50k impressions, and a few leads.
After writing on LinkedIn for some time, she gathered the courage to put together her own course on LinkedIn marketing. 15 people attended the workshop, and she landed her first paying client.
With her graphic designing plan falling sideways, and her writing gaining traction on LinkedIn, she suddenly had a path to follow; the path that led to her full-fledged marketing agency – The Growth Square.
How Vedika Makes Money: (Income streams)
LinkedIn personal branding (As a Service through her Marketing Agency)
Crack Those Socials – Academy/Course (1300 paid students)
Consultation calls and Brand Collaborations
Streams of Lead Generation for Crack Those Socials Academy:
70-80% of students come from Vedika’s personal brand on LinkedIn
Crack Those Socials Newsletter
Free workshops and masterclasses

In September 2023, she claimed in a LinkedIn post that she’s making way more than 10x of her Dad’s goal for her i.e. start making INR 50k per month in just 3 months. The math sums up to INR 60 Lacs.
It can be verified from one of her New Year Newsletter from Crack Those Socials in which She and her co-founder claimed to have closed the year with 52 clients in their kitty. Considering that they work with clients who are ready to spend a minimum of $1000 per month they ended the year with a revenue of $624k. Earning from consultation calls and brand collaborations is additional.
But what is she posting about every day? There has to be a pattern right? It’s not entirely random, it’s a thought-through strategy where each post has its own defined SMART goal.
Breaking down Vedika’s Content Strategy:
Majorly, Vedika posts learnings from her daily life experiences as an Entrepreneur/marketer like – hiring, firing, new clients, losing clients, team management, personal learning process, content creation process, productivity and time management tips.
➡️ Her goals behind every post are either of these Call-to-actions:
1. To get more people to sign up to the “Crack those Socials” newsletter
2. To sign up for her masterclass/workshop
3. To engage with her posts i.e. like, comment, repost, and convert visitors into leads in DMs
4. To just find her content relatable.
➡️ Here’s a peek into the exhaustive list of her Content Topics [along with targeted goals], to be honest some of them are just powerful hooks that compel you to click on “See more” button, but here you go –
**Vedika published a lot of posts with no clear Call-to-Action and I have assigned them [No clear Goal]. This is probably for 2 reasons:
A) To be relatable and not seem pushy
B) To keep posting consistently 6 times a week.
If she’s doing it with these reasons in mind, that’s an absolute masterstroke, and if she’s doing it unaware of its impact (which is very unlikely), she got lucky. Now, the list:

➡️ Content Insights distilled for you to replicate in your LinkedIn personal branding strategy:
She posts her learnings from the books she reads and documentaries she watches on OTT platforms – But they are all highly relevant to her niche
She repeats her posts a few months later with a different image or creative.
She writes her musings on life and lessons learned from strangers she meets during her travels and conferences
She writes about her income and how she made it, and how you can too.
Every post has either of these 4 goals – Sign up for the newsletter, sign for her course/masterclass/workshop, get more engagement, get leads in LinkedIn DMs or resonate with her audience
The hook and the caption are completely valuable (and almost like a stand-alone educational blog but later there will be a few ways to achieve the goal and the last one would be the easiest and quickest and that would usually be her masterclass/workshop/newsletter) and you cannot predict a business plug coming.
She posts lots of statistics, facts, and quotes that are used as attractive hooks.
Top Lessons- How can you replicate Vedika’s Success:
Don’t have a plan B 😎
For plan A to work, don’t have a plan B
– Vedika Bhaia
This simple way of operating is the secret to her success.
Being Authentic does the magic 😇
Almost 3 years ago, Vedika took a – “Organically grow your blog” challenge ( part of a course) and shared her experience of how she ranked 10th among 60k participants. The amazing response she received to those posts is what laid the foundation of her now sparkling personal brand.
Speaking of experience is her best strategy. She realized that teaching marketing rules was not going to cut it, so she started sharing what she was doing and how she was doing it.
If she was sharing anything that she had not tried herself or did not know enough about, she was backing it with a lot of proof from others, because she believes that trust is everything.
Real unfiltered content - Screenshots of her chats/conversations with someone worth sharing online with names blurred gave her lots of credibility and follower from her target audience “Founders”.
Create a unique visual brand ♠️🙋♀️
Writing valuable content is not enough. What if nobody reads it? What a waste!
Imagine, you have been writing the most informative and valuable content, but no one is aware of it because you are not popular and people don’t know how to reach your content.
That’s where the personal brand comes in.
Vedika has a unique style of dressing, doing her hair, a way of speaking.
Even if her audience does not know what’s inside her latest post, her picture alone would draw many of her followers to take a peek at the hook at least. Why? Because in their minds, they know Vedika always posts content that will help them in some way.
Let’s say you have your headphones on, and you are scrolling speedily through your feed, and her video pops up that has a clear hook tempting you to quickly check it out. Voila!
You probably got a new piece of information to share and win brownie points in the meeting you are heading to, or you just got the solution to a problem you have been facing for long. Her job’s done. She won your loyalty. All of it was because she chose to shoot a 30-second video in her authentic style.
Consistency is the name of the Game (Like it or not) 🗓️
She posts 6 days a week on LinkedIn, and doesn’t miss a day on Twitter (No wonder she grew from 0 to 6k in 3 months). Although, I must inform you that she has not posted anything on Twitter for a year; could be a result of a strategy tweak.
She’s trying to stay consistent on Instagram, but as a platform, Instagram takes a lot of hard work and effort, so it is slower to grow on Instagram compared to other platforms.
How to be consistent?
When Vedika was asked this question in a live Q&A on YouTube, this is what she had to say, “It’s difficult to be consistent without an end goal. Make it a monetary goal if you can. So have a goal in mind, it motivates and keeps you going.”
Invest in your growth - The not-so-secret strategy 💰💹
Vedika reads a lot of books and learns from courses that help her grow her skill and mindset. Her posts are overflowing with the wealth of information she accumulates from all the books she reads on marketing, psychology, mindset, design thinking, biographies of exceptional leaders of the world, and so on.
She emphasizes doing the hard work that the majority of our generation is not willing to do.
She and her co-founder have grown their marketing agency to 6 figures USD and are now investing in coaches and courses to take it to 8 figures.
She also emphasizes a lot on adopting paid tools to create content and run the business. Her posts frequently outline how investing in paid tools returns at least 10x more than the investment.
Investing in personal brand i.e. professional photo shoots, content creation equipment and technology, and hiring a videographer are all a part of her agenda to maintain steady business growth.
Vedika and her co-founder Unnati Bagga also talk about hiring more people to scale the business. Investing in a team and freeing up time is the best way to scale the business further.
Stay away from fluff 🛑
Vedika frequently calls out the creators and marketers who flaunt unachievable results with unreasonable tactics. She stresses on staying away from all the strategies that look “Too good to be true”. For example, she goes on frequent workcations and always posts pictures of herself with a laptop in dreamy locations. But her posts always speak of the reality behind managing work from workcations and the hectic work schedule she endures in the days leading up to the trips.

I like the in depth review you have done plus the fact that you picked up a great content creator. If I was you I would have included one example from her highly valuable posts (As there are many: my fav is the post she made about "How to get email IDs of founders from google"). You're doing a great job, subscribed.
